spent christmas day with friends: good company and good food! here's kian waiting for lunch to be served =D

my mom prepping and cooking our noche buena feast: seafood pasta,  turbo broiled chicken, embutido, macaroni salad, pinoy style gelatin, custard cake. yum!

we let the kids stay up late (well, kian napped a little) so they can open their gifts at the stroke of midnight. oh, we went to church and heard mass at 8pm
